Alexander M. HallAlexander M. Hall has a trial practice which focuses on criminal defense, personal injury, wrongful death, automobile accidents and injuries, toxic torts, and brain injury. He has over twenty-eight years of trial experience.

Mr. Hall graduated from the University of North Carolina with a B.A. in Zoology. He graduated magna cum laude from the South Texas College of Law in 1977 where he was a member of Delta Theta Phi and was a staff member of the South Texas Law Journal. He was a contributing editor to the North Carolina Prima Facie Tort Manual, was the chairman and speaker at a seminar on closed head injuries and was a speaker at a wrongful death seminar of the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers.

Mr. Hall is admitted to practice in the courts of North Carolina, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. He served as a representative in the North Carolina House of Representatives from 1985-1990 where he was Chairman of the Finance Committee. He served as a member of the North Carolina General Statutes Commission from 1986-1989. He is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the North Carolina State Bar Association, the New Hanover County Fifth Judicial District Bar (President 1983-1986), the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the American Bar Association, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is a member of the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers where he has served on the Board of Trustees from 1992 to present, was Vice President for Legislation from 1995-1997, served on the Board of Trustees and is a member of the Political Action Committee.

 

 

John Felix Green, IIJohn Felix Green, II focuses his practice on workers compensation, social security disability, and civil litigation. He graduated from North Carolina State University with a B.A. degree in 1989 and received his J.D. degree from the University of Richmond School of Law in 1997, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and was an Honor Court Justice.

Mr. Green is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the New Hanover County Fifth Judicial District Bar, the North Carolina Bar Association, North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
